Welcome to CEBOS. By accessing or using the Student Founder Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

The program is intended for:

  • Students currently enrolled in an educational institution
  • Aspiring founders and early-stage entrepreneurs

By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

2. Use of the Platform

CEBOS provides tools and insights to help users evaluate ideas, build startups, and enhance founder credibility.

You agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Not misuse, copy, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

3. Credits & Usage

Users may receive credits through signup bonuses or program participation.

  • Credits can be used to access platform features and reports
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value
  • CEBOS reserves the right to modify credit allocation or usage policies

4. Idea & Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of:

  • Your ideas
  • Submitted content and data

By using the platform, you grant CEBOS a limited right to process and analyze your inputs to generate insights and reports.

CEBOS does not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

CEBOS provides evaluation insights and tools. However:

  • We do not guarantee startup success, funding, or outcomes
  • Reports and scores are indicative and for guidance purposes only

Users are responsible for their decisions and actions.

6. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party tools or services. CEBOS is not responsible for their content, policies, or performance.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated
  • False or misleading information is provided
  • The platform is misused

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
